Relationship Manager — Cyprus

Henley & Partners' continued growth has created the need for a role of a Relationship Manager, based in the firm's Cyprus office. The primary role of the Relationship Manager is to perform all activities required in terms of the compilation and submission of client applications for the relevant residence or citizenship program. This includes building and managing rapport with clients and their advisors to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation. The role requires knowledge of the residency and citizenship program portfolio offered by Henley & Partners as well as the ability to be able to support other ancillary requirements when needed. A Relationship Manager is expected to deliver world-class, industry leading customer service to new and existing clients.

Applicants must possess excellent time, task management skills and the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities. Able to foresee problems and prevent them by acting and to effectively interpret and anticipate client needs. Exceptional listening, oral and written skills producing well thought-out, professional correspondence free of grammatical and spelling errors. Proficient at using standard office equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key client relationships through regular contact
  • Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day activities necessary for the clients application, escalating issues and requests when needed
  • Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews
  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation
  • Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application
  • Mentoring junior members of the team

Essential Skills

  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM

Desirable Skills

  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines
  • Masters or an advanced degree will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry
  • Multi-lingual
