Stephen Klimczuk-Massion is a corporate and geopolitical strategist, scenario planner, board member, foundation director, author, and occasional fellow of the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School. Since 2021, he has been on the advisory board of the Andan Foundation, a Swiss public-benefit foundation supporting those displaced by war, conflict, and climate change. He recently joined Berlin Global Advisors, a geostrategic advisory and government affairs firm with seven offices in four countries, as a senior advisor. Mr. Klimczuk-Massion previously served as a principal of Kearney, the global management consultancy, and head of its Washington, DC-based applied think tank for CEOs. A Harvard MBA recipient, he has also been head of strategy for late billionaire investor Sir John Templeton's main private foundation. He started his career at Bain & Company and Goldman Sachs and later served as a director and board member of the World Economic Forum in Geneva and Davos, Switzerland.
