This training ride will be an unforgettable experience for any cycling enthusiast. Breakfast will be provided for all riders following the cycle.

Rolf Aldag, a former German professional cyclist who now lives in South Africa, is the professional performance manager for Team Dimension Data, formally known as Team MTN-Qhubeka, the first African-based trade team to take part in the Tour de France. Aldag has personally raced the Tour de France 10 times, is an avid rider and cycling enthusiast, and is currently the performance manager for world championship sprinter, Mark Cavendish.
