Mark Elsner

Mark Elsner has broad, cross-sectoral experience, having led engagements for and developed relationships with many of the world’s largest companies as well as governments and multi-lateral organizations. His areas of focus include advising corporate clients on managing risk in emerging markets and assisting investors in evaluating new opportunities. Mark is with Oxford Analytica in Geneva and has previously been based in Oxford, Washington DC, and Panama City. Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked as a strategy consultant in Paris, Berlin, and London. He holds a MPhil in Economics and a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, both from Christ Church, University of Oxford.
