Senior Relationship Manager - UK

Henley & Partners UK Ltd is looking to appoint a Senior Relationship Manager to lead a team of Relationship Managers processing Citizenship-by-Investment and Residence-by-Investment program applications. Managing a wide variety of programs and clients you will also be responsible for timely processing and submission of client’s applications while supporting the work of your team and deliver world-class, industry leading customer service to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key client relationships and all strategic and operational relationship activities
  • Articulate a vision for how CRM can contribute to business success within a B2B, professional services environment
  • Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews
  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation
  • Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application
  • Prepare proposals for marketing and promotional materials
  • Produce recommendations concerning service development strategies
  • Undertake market research on suitable service providers; screen potential business deals by analyzing the strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements;
  • Enhance organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Build relationships with essential service partners and proactively develop efficient ways of cooperation

Essential Skills

  • Effective business development skills
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Presentation skills and experience of public speaking/networking at conferences and high-profile industry events
  • Fluent English and Russian language
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior members of the team
  • Experience of account management within investments, insurance, private bank or wealth management
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines

Desirable Skills

  • Master’s Degree in International Relations, Economics or Business Administration
  • Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry
