Costanza Margiotta

Costanza Margiotta is an Associate Professor in Philosophy and Theory of Law at the University of Padua, where she teaches European and Global Citizenship. She holds a PhD in Legal Theory from the European University Institute and was a Research Fellow at Istituto di Scienze Umane and at the universities of Parma and Bologna. She is the author of numerous books and articles, among them European Citizenship: Instructions for use. In addition, she has co-edited several books, the latest being Between Democracy and Law: The Amorality of Secession (October 2019).
