Judith Gold, a national of Canada, has worked for the IMF since 1988. She has served as Advisor to the Canadian Executive Director, representative to the Paris Club, and mission chief to Guyana, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago and most recently, to St. Kitts and Nevis. Prior to the IMF, Ms. Gold worked at the Canadian Ministry of Finance. She holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of York, in Toronto. She is the coauthor of a soon to be released IMF working paper called “Too Much of a Good Thing? Prudent Management of Inflows under Economic Citizenship Programs”.
