1) This fee includes all costs involved in registering the company with the Gibraltar authorities, including original Certificate of Incorporation, two sets of Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation, Minutes of the First Meeting with appointment of Director and share transfers, initial Nominee Subscriber, Share certificate and Transfer forms.
