Rade Ljumović

Rade Ljumović is a Managing Partner at Henley & Partners in Montenegro and a member of the Government Advisory Group. After the significant success of the Montenegro Citizenship by Investment Program, he is, among other duties, supporting the firm’s government advisory activities in Central and Southeast Europe.

Rade has more than 25 years of all-around business experience, with a proven track record in project development and execution within government institutions, international organizations such as OSCE and USAID, and media groups. Before joining Henley & Partners, he ran a renowned, market-leading consultancy for major investment projects in Montenegro. He is a co-founder of The Collection, the foremost lifestyle and destination magazine in the region. Rade holds an MBA from Cotrugli Business School.
