Relationship Manager — Singapore

The primary role of a Relationship Manager is to compile and submit client applications for residence and citizenship programs, as well as to perform all the necessary related tasks. This role includes building and managing rapport with clients and their advisors to ensure optimum client acquisition and retention and income generation. The position requires knowledge of the residence and citizenship by investment portfolio offered by Henley & Partners and the ability to fulfill ancillary requirements where needed. A Relationship Manager is expected to deliver world-class client service to new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day activities that are necessary for clients’ applications, escalating issues and requests when needed
  • Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework that includes regularly scheduled status calls and application reviews
  • Establish and maintain client satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications, and issue remediation
  • Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application
  • Mentor junior members of the team

Essential skills

  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships
  • Exceptional listening skills and superior written and verbal communication skills in English, to produce well-thought-out professional correspondence that is free of grammar and spelling errors
  • Ability to effectively interpret and anticipate client needs, and foresee problems and prevent them by acting efficiently
  • Excellent time and task management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM

Desirable skills

  • Degree in business, economics, marketing, or other related disciplines
  • Knowledge and experience in the investment migration industry (residence and citizenship by investment)
  • Knowledge of the local language and local experience will be considered advantages
  • Bilingual (English and Chinese) will be an advantage
