Applications for Namibian residence are made through an easy online portal and must include completed application forms and should be accompanied by the appropriate fees and supporting documents.
Successful real estate investors receive a five-year, renewable work permit. Investors can only work for their own private companies and cannot be employed in any other jobs in Namibia.
After seven years of retaining their investment, they become eligible to apply for permanent residence in the country.
The processing time is three months from submission of the application to approval.
