Mandate to design and implement the new citizenship-by-investment program in 2013.
Mandate to provide advice on comparative visa entry requirements worldwide.
Members of Henley & Partners’ Executive Team were involved in the consultations and reform of Canada’s Federal Investor Immigration program in 2009 and 2010, including the recommendation to increase the investment thresholds, which was implemented as proposed.
Contracted in 2016 by the Government of Grenada to advise on, enhance, and globally re-launch their citizenship-by-investment program.
Won a public tender in 2017 to design a residence-by-investment program within Kazakhstan’s Astana International Financial Center (AIFC) zone.
Mandate to advise on the design of the new investor immigration program, which was launched in 2010.
Assistance to the Government in the review and re-design of the High Net Worth Resident Schemes in 2011.
After winning a public call for specialist services in 2013, Henley & Partners has been awarded a Public Services Concession and signed a contract with the Government of Malta with regard to the design, implementation and international promotion of the new Malta Individual Investor Program.
Granted the title of global concessionaire in 2018, with the program launched in the second half of the year. In partnership with Henley & Partners and the Moldovan Investment Company, the Government of Moldova developed its new citizenship-by-investment program, which is the most competitively priced program in Europe. Henley & Partners is solely responsible for the design, implementation, and global promotion of this program.
Henley & Partners was appointed as one of three government agents for the Montenegro Citizenship-by-Investment Program, which was launched in January 2019.
Mandate to design, implement and promote internationally the Citizenship-by-Investment program. Since Henley & Partners’ work to reform the program in 2007, this program has become the most successful in the world. The firm also was instrumental in the negotiation of a visa-waiver agreement between St. Kitts and Nevis and the European Union and continued to advise the Government on policy issues until 2013, alongside being one of the licensed service providers under the program.
Contracted in 2020 to develop a marketing and communications strategy for the global promotion of the St. Lucia Citizenship-by-Investment Program.
Design, implementation and international promotion of the Swiss Residence Program, which links immigration law to the lump-sum tax provisions in the law for wealthy individuals and families.
Awarded the global concession in 2017, to enhance and promote Thailand’s unique residence program, which provides successful applicants with exclusive VIP privileges and the right to reside in the country.
Regular involvement in the consultation process with the Home Office and UK Border Agency regarding the Tier 1 (Investor) category, including its last iteration in 2011 and the most recent consultations and recommendations of the Migration Advisory Council 2014.
