Cécile has a five years law degree with a specialization in Business Law and Taxation. She has 17 years’ experience in international tax planning and in assisting HNWI in managing their affairs and projects.
She is regularly giving lectures in Geneva, London, Luxembourg, Monaco, Hong-Kong and Singapore on various topics relating to international tax and wealth planning and writes articles for several tax publications. Recent lectures include the subjects of French property planning, pre-move planning to Monaco, legal and tax structuring of Art, international estate planning and compliant tax solutions within the exchange of information context.
Cécile is a regular lecturer at the Master II International Wealth Management organized by the Paris School «Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris» (ESCP) and is in charge of the « International Property Structuring » class.
Cécile specializes in estate planning for HNWI, residency planning, property acquisition and onshore structuring solutions for private and professional assets. She started her career in a French family office dedicated to foreign clients investing in France. She then moved to Monaco where she set up the tax and legal department for a large corporate service provider.
Cécile is now a founding Partner and Director of Rosemont Consulting SARL in charge of international tax and estate planning for international clients.
