Bata Racic is the Head of the Middle East at Henley & Partners, where he leads the firm’s regional strategy and operations. Based in Dubai, he oversees private client advisory teams and works closely with private clients and intermediaries to deliver tailored residence and citizenship solutions aligned with long-term mobility, security, and wealth planning objectives.

With extensive leadership and commercial experience from senior roles in international advisory firms, Bata brings deep expertise in residence and citizenship planning and private client services. He holds a degree in international management and has completed advanced management and leadership trainings.
