To be eligible for a Premium Residency, applicants must qualify under one of the following options:
1. Special Talent Residency

2. Gifted Residency
Granted to individuals with outstanding achievements in cultural or sports fields, based on nomination or ministry-approved criteria. Issued for five years, renewable once, with eligibility for permanent residence upon meeting the required criteria and presence requirements
3. Investor Residency

5. Real Estate Owner Residency
Requires ownership of developed residential property in Saudi Arabia valued at a minimum of SAR 4 million, free of mortgages and real estate financing, and appraised by a Taqeem-accredited valuer. Premium Residency remains valid only while qualifying ownership is maintained
6. Limited Duration Premium Residency
Requires proof of financial solvency and payment of an annual fee of SAR 100,000, valid for one year and renewable annually
7. Unlimited Duration Premium Residency
Requires proof of financial solvency, a one-time fee of SAR 800,000, and grants permanent residence
