Dr. Guenther Dobrauz-Saldapenna

Dr. Guenther Dobrauz-Saldapenna is the Managing Partner at Henley & Partners Switzerland AG.

Before joining Henley & Partners, Guenther was a Partner at PwC, where he led PwC Legal Switzerland and served on the Global Legal Leadership Team. Earlier in his career, he worked at Deloitte and as Managing Partner of one of Switzerland’s first early-stage venture capital firms. He also held roles in the hedge fund and legal sectors.

Guenther has both a master’s degree and a doctorate in law from Johannes Kepler University in Austria, as well as an MBA from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. In addition, he has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School, IMD, and Singularity University.

Having authored or edited 12 books and a high number of articles in leading international publications, Guenther regularly speaks at conferences and is passionate about advising on residence and citizenship planning.
