Esther Taft

Esther Taft is Head of the Australia Office at Henley & Partners and is based in Melbourne. With more than 25 years of professional experience spanning migration services, global mobility, human resources, and operations, she leads the firm’s Australian operations, supporting private clients, entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate clients in navigating Australia’s complex migration landscape.

Esther has extensive expertise in Australian immigration, regulatory case management, client advisory services, and compliance frameworks, as well as specialist knowledge of New Zealand investor residence pathways. Before joining Henley & Partners, she held a number of senior immigration consultant roles at various firms.

Esther is a registered Australian Migration Agent and a licensed New Zealand Immigration Advisor. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice, a Graduate Diploma in Business (HR Management), and a Bachelor of Arts. She is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia.
