Michalis Skoufaris

Michalis Skoufaris is the Group Head of Legal at Henley & Partners, where he leads the firm’s Legal Department. He has extensive experience in corporate law, dispute resolution, international taxation, employment law, and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Henley & Partners, Michalis was an associate at a leading Cyprus law firm, focusing on commercial litigation and advising publicly listed companies on corporate governance matters. He later served as Senior Legal and Compliance Manager at a family office with core investments in non-ferrous metals, where he oversaw investment structures, regulatory frameworks, and cross-border transactions.

Michalis holds an LLB from the University of the West of England and an LLM from the University of Bristol, and he is ADIT-qualified in international taxation through the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
