Procedure for the Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Program
Henley & Partners has been mandated by the Government of Nauru to design, implement, and promote the Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Program. Under this mandate, Henley & Partners will also oversee the operation of the Nauru Program Office.
The Nauru Program Office is responsible for processing all applications and for conducting the due diligence checks together with the government and external, independent, and specialized due diligence firms. The government reviews all applications, and the cabinet takes the final decision on whether to approve or reject an application. The government then grants the citizenship.
Henley & Partners is a licensed Agent under the program and is therefore authorized to submit applications to the Nauru Program Office on behalf of our clients. With no physical presence requirement to acquire citizenship and expert guidance at every step, individuals can experience maximum flexibility and peace of mind throughout the process.
